The price depends on catalog volume, design complexity, the number of integrations, and how ready the store should be for advertising right after launch.

We offer four base packages: Light, Standard, Performance, and Business Pro. The exact price for your project is confirmed after a short discussion of the task.

The Horoshop platform fee is paid directly to Horoshop and is not included in the development price.

02 How long does it take to launch a Horoshop store?

A basic launch usually takes 10–20 business days, assuming the domain, brand assets, catalog structure, and product feed are ready.

The Business Pro package takes 15–30 business days due to AI optimization of a larger catalog, additional SEO work, and deeper QA.

If there are complex integrations, custom design, or a large migration, the timeline grows and we discuss it before the start.

03 What is included in a turn-key Horoshop store build?

By default: domain registration, SSL, DNS, catalog structure, design (colors, fonts, banners), product import within the package limit, payments and delivery setup, baseline analytics, final QA, access handover, and a short admin panel walkthrough.

What is included in each specific package — Light / Standard / Performance / Business Pro — is detailed in the packages section above.

Not included in the development price: the Horoshop platform fee, domain, third-party service budgets, unique copywriting, and ad budget.

04 How is Horoshop different from Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom development?

Horoshop is a Ukrainian SaaS platform with native integrations for the UA market: Nova Poshta, LiqPay, WayForPay, Checkbox, Vchasno, KeyCRM. Admin panel in Ukrainian, infrastructure managed by the platform, fee paid directly to Horoshop.

Shopify is stronger for global e-commerce but more expensive monthly and lacks native UA integrations. WooCommerce is flexible but requires self-hosting and ongoing updates. Custom development makes sense when the store logic goes beyond what a typical SaaS can handle.

For many typical Ukrainian e-commerce projects, Horoshop wins on launch speed, cost, and native integrations.

05 Can you migrate a store from Prom, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento?

Yes. We migrate projects from Prom, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Tilda, Wix, Bitrix, and custom CMSes.

The approach depends on volume: up to 1,000 products — XML/Excel export; 1,000 to 10,000 — careful automation with attribute mapping; 10,000+ — a separate migration plan with a pilot.

For critical projects we preserve old URLs with 301 redirects so the SEO history is not lost.

06 Will the store be ready for Google Ads, Shopping, and Meta Ads?

Starter packages include baseline analytics and tracking that allow advertising to launch after additional setup.

The full ad-ready stack — GTM, GA4 e-commerce events, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Merchant Center feed, and PPC-optimized structure — is included in Performance and Business Pro.

This does not guarantee specific advertising results. We do not guarantee ROAS, sales, or rankings — those depend on niche, budget, competition, and catalog quality.

07 Do you help with Merchant Center, product feeds, and analytics?

For Performance and Business Pro: building the product feed in Google Merchant Center format, checking GTIN/MPN/categories/attributes, configuring the Horoshop ↔ Merchant Center connection, reviewing platform policies, and helping fix typical disapprovals.

Analytics: GA4 with e-commerce events, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity. Performance+ also includes GTM for flexible event management.

Ongoing optimization of advertising, campaigns, and Merchant Center after launch is a separate support service.

08 Can we manage the store ourselves after launch?

Yes. The Horoshop admin panel is one of the most user-friendly among UA platforms. Adding products, changing prices, running promotions, managing orders, and editing baseline SEO fields can be done without a developer.

We hand over access, a video walkthrough of the admin panel, and 7–30 days of post-launch support (depending on the package).

If you need ongoing support, that is a separate service we discuss after launch.

09 Who is Horoshop not the best fit for?

Horoshop is strong for typical Ukrainian e-commerce, but there are projects where a SaaS may be a constraint.

That includes: complex enterprise B2B systems with non-standard business processes, marketplace mechanics with multiple sellers, projects with deep custom logic, or tight integration with internal ERP/WMS systems.

For those cases it is more honest to either choose custom development or confirm with Horoshop in advance whether the required logic can realistically be implemented within the platform.

10 Who owns the store, domain, accounts, and data after launch?

Everything belongs to you: the store, domain, Horoshop account, content, products, customer base, ad accounts, Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.

We connect as partners or managers and do not build critical infrastructure under our own ownership. If the cooperation ends, you can hand over access to other developers or take the store under your own management — with no dependency on us.
