Editorial Policy & Methodology
This page describes how we create content on uplify.agency: who writes it, how we verify, what data we base claims on, how we handle AI, and what separates us from generative "content farms".
1. Who writes
Every money page (playbook, case study, service article) on our site has a specific named author — a UPLIFY specialist who actually runs that domain in client engagements. Not "UPLIFY team", not AI-generated.
Specialization map:
- Anastasiia Lytvynenko (PPC Specialist, 4+ years, team_lead): Performance Max, Meta Ads, furniture e-commerce niche playbook.
- Mykhailo Borovyk (PPC Specialist): Google Merchant Center, kids e-commerce niche playbook, Google Ads structure articles.
- Valeriia Antonenko (PPC Specialist, international focus): TikTok Ads, Telegram Ads, EN locales.
- Olena Cheriapkina (PPC Specialist, 5 Skillshop certifications): board games e-commerce niche playbook.
- Stanislav Yanichko (Horoshop & GEO Specialist): GEO/AI-SEO playbooks, Horoshop development hub, CMS comparison articles.
- Viacheslav Overkovskyi (Founder & CEO, Wikidata Q139583163): strategic content, methodology, positioning, original research. Reviewer on all money pages.
Author attribution is visible in each article's byline and encoded in schema.org JSON-LD (Article.author + Article.reviewedBy).
2. How we verify
Each playbook and case goes through this cycle:
- Research: the specialist author builds an outline based on real engagements, official platform docs (Google Ads Help, Meta Business, TikTok For Business), UPLIFY's own data.
- Draft: the specialist writes the first version from practical experience.
- SEO + GEO audit: we run the text through specialized tools (keyword research, schema validation, AI-citation optimizer) to check structure for retrieval by AI engines.
- Review: Viacheslav Overkovskyi (Founder) verifies data accuracy, numbers, recommendations. The review date is visible in schema (dateReviewed).
- Editorial polish: fact-check citations, validate platform links, align terminology with industry standards.
- Publish: content ships to production, static HTML is generated, PageSpeed Insights checked before indexation.
3. Where the numbers come from
Any numbers in our materials (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, project count) are real data from actual UPLIFY engagements:
- Case studies: ROAS, CPC, CPA figures are from real client campaigns, backed by screenshots from Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager. The client consented to publication (or figures are anonymized with their consent).
- Playbook benchmarks: aggregated metrics from 170+ projects in our database. Not AI "hallucinations", not "industry secrets". We can show calculation methodology on request.
- Platform doc citations: only from official sources (Google Ads Help Center, Meta for Business, TikTok For Business) with an active link.
What we do NOT do:
- Invent case studies.
- Use "industry average" numbers from ChatGPT as our own benchmarks.
- Publish recommendations we haven't tested on real projects.
4. How we handle AI
UPLIFY is an AI-first agency — we use AI as a tool in our work. But published materials are our analysis, not AI-generated text.
4.1. What we do with AI
- Research briefs (rapid synthesis of source material).
- Editorial polish (style consistency, terminology alignment).
- Translation to RU/EN with a standard editorial pass by our specialists.
- Schema generation (page JSON-LD) and technical SEO automation.
- Internal AI agents in UPLIFY OS for routine tasks (bid monitoring, creative-draft generation).
4.2. What we do NOT do with AI
- Generate "content factories" with mass AI-publishing without author analysis.
- "Hallucinate" numbers or case studies — everything we publish is checked against real data.
- Hide our AI usage as a tool: this page is our open disclosure.
5. How we handle updates
- dateModified in schema is updated on every text edit.
- dateReviewed is updated when the author/reviewer re-confirms the information is current (typically quarterly for money pages).
- Sunset cycle: content that no longer matches platform reality (e.g., a deprecated Google Ads feature) is either rewritten or marked as "archived".
6. Corrections log
Live journal of corrections (filled as we receive reports):
- 2026-05-24: corrections log opened. Future entries include date, description, and link to the corrected page.
6.1. Submitting a correction
If you found a factual error in our materials — email hello@uplify.agency with subject "Editorial correction". We review within 5 business days and correct quickly. The fix date is recorded in dateModified.
7. Conflicts of interest
We disclose partnership relationships when they affect recommendations:
- Horoshop Expert Partner — we work with Horoshop as an official partner. This does not mean we recommend Horoshop in every situation; we critically compare it with Shopify, OpenCart, WordPress.
- Google Partners — status granted by Google for volume and quality of Google Ads campaign management.
- Meta Business Partner — same for Meta Ads.
- Ringostat TOP-100 — Ringostat partner agency ranking.
8. Editorial contact
