Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the website uplify.agency and related resources (the "Site"). The Site is owned by PE Overkovskyi Viacheslav Anatoliiovych (Sole Proprietor, Ukraine) (hereafter — "UPLIFY").

Ordering UPLIFY services (paid-ads management, site setup, audits, consultations) is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement or an individual contract.

1. Acceptance

By using the Site, you confirm you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. If you disagree — stop using the Site.

2. What's on the Site

• Information about UPLIFY services (playbooks, case studies, blog).
• UPLIFY product pages (Creora, Prom AI Optimizer, UPLIFY Content, etc.).
• Contact forms to request audits, consultations, or services.

3. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, case studies, methodologies, source code) belongs to UPLIFY or is used under license.

• Allowed: quoting with attribution (up to 300 characters with an active link).
• Not allowed: full copying, near-verbatim rewrites, use of the "UPLIFY" brand in your own marketing without written permission.
• Client cases: published publicly with client consent. ROAS, CPA, CTR figures are real results from our engagements, verified by the account manager.

4. AI content and LLM indexing

UPLIFY permits Site content indexing by AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.) subject to:

• Author attribution preserved where possible.
• No use of our content as training data to generate imitation playbooks.
• The /llms.txt file lists recommended sections for citation.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for:

• Distribution of malware, spam, or phishing.
• Automated scraping (more than 10 requests/min from one IP without permission).
• Attempted unauthorized access to admin areas, APIs, or internal services.
• Distribution of materials that violate Ukrainian law.

6. Liability

UPLIFY is not liable for:

• Losses from decisions based on Site information without consulting a specialist.
• Temporary downtime due to technical maintenance (usually under 2 hours/month).
• Third-party site content linked from our Site.

Figures in case studies and playbooks are real outcomes from specific engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for your business. Each campaign depends on niche, budget, creative, and other factors.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The last-update date is at the top of this page. Material changes are announced via the blog and email to active clients.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved per Article 16 of the Civil Code of Ukraine or in Ukrainian courts at the Provider's place of registration.
