01What is UPLIFY OS?

02What does the client see in the portal?
A real-time picture of the project: KPIs and cost per lead, site analytics, Merchant, behavior, speed, reports. Issues surface at the top automatically. The digest arrives on Friday, the monthly report — on the 1st. The portal is responsive and works on a phone with no installation; push notifications are not needed — the Telegram digest at 09:00 covers alerts.
03Who is Nestor and how is he different from the agents?
Nestor is the senior AI operator above the agents: a full account audit using our own methodology plus weekly supervision. Leo, Iris and Owen are narrow agents for specific tasks. All changes are applied by a manager.
04Can AI "break" my account?
No. No change is applied automatically: draft → manager review → application with a limit, log and rollback. Every AI action goes through an approve→execute state machine with a pre-state snapshot, role-based access and an audit log. AI prepares drafts (reports, RCA, action plans); a human makes the call. A "before" snapshot is always stored.
05Is my data safe?
OAuth access at the project level, HMAC webhooks, HSTS/CSP, audit log and daily backup. Backups are encrypted, with a 30-day restore window. We connect to your accounts as managers — everything stays yours, and you can revoke OAuth access at any time; we export your data on request.
06Who owns the data?
You always do. We connect to your Google Ads / Meta / GA4 / Search Console accounts via OAuth — we never create accounts in our name. If you stop the engagement, access is revoked in one click and your history, creatives, audiences and algorithm learning stay with you.
07How do I connect my account?
About four minutes per channel. One OAuth step — you go through the standard Google or Meta consent screen and pick the accounts you grant read+write to. We never ask for passwords, only granular OAuth scopes.
08Can I get the portal without the full engagement — and how much does it cost?
The portal is part of the UPLIFY engagement: it makes sense together with the team and the AI layer that fill it with data and actions. We deliberately do not sell standalone OS subscriptions — without the agency layer most of the data stays "raw". Access is included with the performance service, no separate subscription; the price depends on channels and volume: a fixed retainer plus a percentage of ad spend.
