01Can I use UPLIFY OS without an agency contract?
Not today. UPLIFY OS ships together with the performance service: we connect your accounts, set up channels, run the campaigns — and you get the client portal as part of the engagement. We deliberately do not sell standalone OS subscriptions, because without the agency layer most of the data stays "raw" and not actionable.
02Who owns the data?
You always do. We connect to your Google Ads / Meta / GA4 / Search Console accounts via OAuth — we never create accounts in our name. If you stop the engagement, access is revoked in one click and your history, creatives, audiences and algorithm learning stay with you.
03How do I connect my account?
About four minutes per channel. One OAuth step — you go through the standard Google or Meta consent screen and pick the accounts you grant read+write to. We never ask for passwords, only granular OAuth scopes.
04Is there a mobile version?
Yes — the portal is responsive and works on a phone with no installation. Push notifications are not enabled, but the Telegram digest at 09:00 covers your alert needs.
05Do AI agents make decisions without my approval?
No. Every AI action goes through an approve→execute state machine with a pre-state snapshot, role-based access and an audit log. AI prepares drafts (reports, RCA, action plans); a human makes the call.
06How much does access to OS cost?
Access to OS is included with the UPLIFY performance service — there is no separate subscription. The service price depends on the channels and ad volume: a fixed retainer plus a percentage of ad spend. Send a brief — we will quote your case after a free audit.
