What is UPLIFY OS and how does it support advertising operations?
UPLIFY OS is the agency’s internal operating system and managed-service client portal. It connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, Search Console, Clarity and project business context so the team can detect deviations, diagnose causes, approve action and verify its actual impact faster.
the operating system
where your project lives —
and all of its truth.
UPLIFY's own platform: all ad accounts, analytics, finance, briefs and AI insights — in one place. The client sees everything through their portal in real-time. Supervised by Nestor AI and four specialized agents.
in short
about UPLIFY OS.
one platform — all project data.
built for performance — from scratch, not from a template.
Here live all your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Telegram Ads, GA4, Search Console, Clarity, Merchant Center), project finance, briefs across 13 service lines, manager scoreboards, and AI analytics with recommendations in plain English.
Connect once — data syncs daily before 09:00. AI breaks every PMax headline and description into top / mid / weak by real conversions. Spots patterns, suggests new variants — the manager only approves.

Nestor AI.
Not one of the agents — the operator above them. Runs senior-level audits of Google Ads and Meta accounts using our own methodology, reviews them weekly for exceptions and prepares specific, reversible changes with evidence.
agents supervised by Nestor.
Four narrow agents, each with a specific role and KPI. Each prepares drafts and a review queue — the decision stays with a human.

Leo@leo.lt
Gathers context on inbound leads, scores fit and priority. The manager receives a short brief: niche, size, request, next step.

Iris@iris.ma
Checks feeds and Merchant health daily: disapproval patterns, weak spots in the catalog. Produces a prioritized SKU list with a reason for each.

Ada@ada.aa
Scans ad accounts for anomalies in spend, conversions and CTR — and builds a queue for manual review. Named after Ada Lovelace.

Owen@owen.ow
Analyzes SERPs, entities and FAQ patterns, and drafts articles with independent analysis. The team edits before publishing — no AI slop.

what actually runs in UPLIFY OS / live proof.
The current OS is organised around live modules, not promises. Every screenshot below is a client-safe demo capture. Capabilities reviewed against production code and demo mode · 1 August 2026.
Less data lag: Google Ads syncs several times a day so late conversions and revenue do not distort early conclusions. Meta, GA4, Merchant Center, GSC, Clarity and PageSpeed refresh in their own cycles.
Outcome: Subsequent data shows whether the action produced the expected effect.
Daily control
Channel syncs, alert detection, token and integration checks, balances, Merchant, site safety and data freshness.
Campaign quality
Recurring Google/Meta/PMax QA, asset, item and placement analysis, creative fatigue and configuration snapshots.
Reports without manual assembly
Weekly and monthly report drafts draw from evidence; monthly work aligns to the client service cycle, not only the calendar.
Delivery control
Tasks, SLAs, team work reports, reconciliation of completed work with reporting and post-action outcome evaluation.
Portfolio and finance
Atlas refreshes portfolio health, risk, expected payments and receivables; finance workflows reconcile receipts and documents.
System self-checks
Queue, overdue process and external API quota monitoring helps prevent an automation from failing silently.
SEO/GEO workflow
Audits, technical and content findings, a six-month programme, monthly tasks, changes, measurements and client reports.
Demand and AI visibility
GSC, SERP APIs and other available sources support query, competitor, AI-answer and topic analysis; each finding retains a source and date.
Store content
Store profile and taxonomy, internal links, topics, briefs, category descriptions, articles and GEO landing pages with HTML, Markdown and JSON-LD export.
Publishing bridge
Reviewed content moves through the available delivery route: API, code, CMS or export. Structure and metadata remain intact.
Roles and access
Internal team roles, a constrained contractor surface and the client view are separated; Google connections use OAuth.
Approval flow
Budget, targeting, strategy and other risky actions do not execute merely because AI proposed them.
Ledger and rollback
Supported actions retain initiator, evidence, approval, pre-state, execution result and a path back to a safe configuration.
Honest limits
When a source is missing, data is stale or evidence is insufficient, the OS should expose the gap rather than invent certainty.

SaaS-grade, not "a folder on a drive."
Limit per action
Every automation has a hard cap on the volume of changes per run — the system physically cannot "rewrite the account".
Human review
Drafts from the agents and Nestor go through a manager. Strategic changes are additionally cleared with the client.
Audit log
Every action is logged: who, what, when, with what result. The history is visible in the portal.
One-step rollback
A "before" snapshot is stored — any change can be reverted without losing algorithm learning.
frequently asked questions.
01Can I buy UPLIFY OS separately?
No. It is the agency’s working system. Clients receive the relevant OS surface while working with UPLIFY.
02How is it different from a reporting dashboard?
A dashboard displays numbers. The OS links a signal to diagnosis, a task, an approved action, a ledger and subsequent outcome measurement.
03Does AI change campaigns autonomously?
Material changes undergo human review. AI may prepare analysis or an action, but a specialist checks evidence, risk and limits.
04Which systems can connect?
Configuration varies by project. The current workflow supports Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, Search Console, Clarity, PageSpeed and OS business data.
05What does the client see?
Agreed KPIs, available analytics, key integration health, reports and completed work. The internal operations queue stays in the team surface.
06How does the OS prove automation value?
Through the history of signal, decision and execution and evaluation against subsequent data. An unconfirmed effect remains visible too.
