04 What's included in "turn-key"?

Domain registration + SSL + DNS, catalog structure, design (colors/fonts/banners), product import (up to 500 / 2,000 / 10,000 depending on package), payments + delivery, base SEO, analytics (GA4 + Pixel + Search Console), final QA + access handover. Not included: monthly Horoshop fee (from $3/mo), domain, third-party service budgets, unique copywriting.

05 Can we migrate from another platform (Prom / Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento)?

Yes. We migrate the catalog structure, products, photos, content. We set up 301-redirects from old URLs to new — preserving SEO equity. We also migrate the customer base (if needed) into the CRM. Migration is included in Standart+ packages; for Light it's a separate scope item.

06 Which payments and delivery providers do you connect?

Payments: LiqPay, WayForPay, mono pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fondy (optional). Delivery: Nova Poshta (with API for automatic waybills), Ukrposhta, Meest (optional), in-store pickup. Fiscalization: Checkbox (mandatory in Ukraine since 2023). CRM: KeyCRM integration. Telegram order notifications included.

07 Do you do custom design or use ready Horoshop themes?

We start from a Horoshop template and adapt it to your brand: colors, fonts, 3–6 banners, header/footer, product card. CSS/JS customization is in Performance+. Full custom design (with Figma mockups) — separate scope outside packages, budget from $3,000 additionally.

08 What is "AI optimization of top-500 products"?

It's not synonym replacement and it's not AI copywriting. It's intelligent generation of correct Title/Description meta-tags from product attributes, tuned for SEO + GEO (local-search optimization). The AI takes structured data (category, brand, material, size) and produces unique meta-tags per product. In Business Pro it works at 5,000 products + 50 categories.

09 Will the store be ad-ready for Google Ads / Meta Ads on day one?

Yes. All packages install GA4 + Meta Pixel + Search Console. Performance+ adds GTM, e-commerce events, Microsoft Clarity, Merchant Center feed. We also verify PPC structure: correct URLs, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt. Performance bonus: −20% on Google Ads + Meta Ads setup.

10 Can we manage the store ourselves after launch?

Yes — Horoshop's admin panel is intuitive (in Ukrainian). Adding products, changing prices, creating promotions, managing orders — all without a developer. We provide a video tutorial for the admin panel after launch + 7–30 days of support (depending on package). If you want continued support — separate service from $300/mo.

11 Who owns the store — me or UPLIFY?

You. The store, domain, content, customer base — all yours. One-time UPLIFY fee for development. The Horoshop subscription (from $3/mo) is paid directly to Horoshop from your card. No locks — you can leave at any moment and work with other developers (we hand over 100% of access).

12 Do you build multi-language stores (UA / RU / EN)?

Yes. Horoshop supports multilingual stores natively. We configure language structure (URL format, hreflang), inter-language linking, per-language SEO. Translations are usually done by the client (or contracted to translators separately). Note: since 2022 RU-language storefronts are not recommended for the Ukrainian market due to moderation policy.

13 What if we want a feature Horoshop doesn't have?

We check the Horoshop roadmap / API. If it's there — we deliver via the existing integration (Expert status gives us fast support access). If not — we propose an alternative or scope custom dev (separate engagement). Some "impossible" tasks turn out to be solvable via a Telegram bot, GTM customization, or external webhooks.

14 What happens when we outgrow Horoshop?

When you exceed 10,000 active SKUs or need unique custom features outside Horoshop's roadmap — we migrate to a custom platform. Typical path: Horoshop (startup + validation) → Horoshop Enterprise → custom stack (Next.js + Shopify Plus / Medusa / commercetools). The store stays yours, SEO carries over via 301-redirects. No lock-in.
